Adrenalina (obviously Italian translation of adrenaline) is an idea of two people, Emanuele Pirro and Claudio Mastrangelo, both born and active protagonists in the world of car racing.

Somebody likes to think the idea was born on the Hunaudière strait of Le Mans at 230 mph… but this is maybe just legend!
